MUA Undress Me Too Palette

February 8, 2013

Earlier this week MUA announced the release of their new palette, ‘Undress Me Too’. If undress me was dupe for the naked 1 palette perhaps Undress Me Too is a dupe for naked 2? (Picture below taken from frmheadtotoe.com)

If you compare these swatches to mine (below) I think it’s safe to say this is a perfect, inexpensive dupe for urban decay’s naked 2 palettes. I loved the first undressed palette. You can read my review of that.

The eyeshadows themselves are a pigment and velvety, like a lot of MUA eyeshadows the staying power can be poor but nothing a good eye primer cannot fix. With this range of colors, you can create one, two or possibly three looks from natural to smokey.

I prefer this palette to first one because I prefer using darker browns and blacks to denim blues. The first color ‘naked’ is matte and has poor color payoff but it’s the only shadow from this palette I really had a problem with. I like the white packaging but as a matching freak, it’s quite annoying that it will stand out amongst the other MUA palettes.

This is the eyeshadows once they’ve been used, as you can see some of the colors change slightly in color or become more metallic looking.

1st row from left to right: Naked, Devotion, Shy, Fiery, Lavish and Dreamy
